Green Court offers friends and family the comfort of a fine home and the excitement of a Palm Springs lifestyle. This luxury 5 bedroom, 5 bath estate is located in the prestigious Palm Springs neighborhood called Old Las Palmas, situated on 2 generous lots with unobstructed South & West views of the majestic San Jacinto Mountains. The interior spaces have newly designed rooms with high quality custom furniture throughout. All the spaces have beautiful original art and sculptures which make the home feel like an art gallery.

The stylish great room has exposed high-pitched wood beamed ceilings, large high-definition TV, comfortable seating, formal inside or casual outside dining, and a disappearing wall of glass overlooking the breathtaking mountain views, pool and desert landscape. The gourmet kitchen is perfect for the chef in your group, with granite counter tops, gorgeous limestone flooring, top-of-the-line appliances and everything needed to easily prepare and present a formal dinner or a midnight snack. Off the kitchen is the BBQ Patio complete with in-line natural gas grill and a glass table with seating in a lovely garden setting. In addition, the house has a large den with comfortable seating and gas fireplace. There are a total of 4 dining areas: 1) pool-side - steps outside the disappearing wall of glass, 2) within the great room itself, 3) on the East BBQ patio, or 4) in the elegant/artsy dining room with French doors that open onto the sculpture garden.

The large pool features silky salt-water and fun color lights. The yard is professionally landscaped and fully furnished for relaxing and entertaining in style. There's a separately heated in-ground spa featuring powerful jets and festive color lights. The championship tennis court has been newly resurfaced and is furnished with a ball machine. The house, the casita, the outdoor living areas, and the tennis court all have beautiful mountain views.

This walled and gated private estate has four stylish, en suite Bedrooms (3 King, 1 Queen) in the main house. The Casita houses the 5th bedroom with Poster King bed and newly remodeled en suite bathroom. Two of the king bedrooms have wall-mounted televisions, one features a desk/work area, another has a canopy bed with generous-sized seating area.

Smart/Eco/Green Home:
This is a TechSmart home including Streaming-Capable HDTV, App-Controlled Pool/Alarm/Air Conditioning, a wireless printer, and high speed wireless internet throughout. There's even a Tesla Charger in the garage. This home has many sustainable/eco features including lots of warm LED lighting inside and outside, eco/saline pool system, and environmentally sensitive soaps and cleaning supplies. Much of the landscaping has been re-designed for water-efficiency, yet there is still ample grass for the kids and dogs to enjoy.

Optional Pool Heating is recommended October thru May: $60/day ($180 minimum). Monthly guests pay actual Gas/Electricity usage.
"Pre-approved", flea-free, well-behaved dogs are welcome. $100 Per Dog Fee.

Guest access:
Exclusive access to the entire private luxury property: large 4 bedroom 4 bath House plus large 1 bedroom 1 bath Casita, inviting Pool and Spa, Championship Tennis Court, 2 Car Garage and additional off-street parking for 4 more cars.

Interaction with guests:
We respect your privacy. Beyond the initial welcome tour, we are happy to interact with you as much or as little as requested. I'm always available to help with anything around the house or to share recommendations about hikes, restaurants, things to do, etc.

Other things to note:
We've made a number of eco upgrades to the property, including conversion mostly to LED lighting (even in the Pool and Spa), extensive low water desert-scape around the tennis court and pool area.
